We use quality materials in our necklaces and test them for durability. For this necklace we do what we call the "pull" test on the chain and also use pliers to test the clasp to make sure it is not easily breakable. Also, each side of the necklace closure begins with two jump rings as opposed to just one for extra security. Because our jewelry is not manufactured. We keep you in mind and how you will wear the product, so it is a durable and beautiful finished product.

Color of plating metal...
This is a warm toned gold plating. We will happily email you a video of your specific piece before purchase for your approval. Just be sure and let us know before purchase and allow for an additional 3-day processing time added to our standard if you request a video. Keep in mind, it is also a good idea to view the necklace from two different monitors (i.e., from a PC and a cell phone)

Shipping Details...
For US orders, you also have the option at checkout to add signature confirmation at no additional cost to you (meaning if you are not home to sign when your package is delivered, it will be held at the post office assigned to your address as opposed to it being left on your porch, outside, etc.). If you would like this feature added, please be sure and choose this shipping method when checking out.
For International orders, please include a phone number and an email because the customs form requests that information and it may be helpful in case there is a problem with delivery. Note* (temporarily not shipping to Germany but are working on this for the near future)
Expedited shipping requests: Please send us a message and we will make you a special listing with the expedited shipping added into the cost (if it is available on what you have ordered). Also, please include your email and phone number as this may help the carrier to contact you if there are any problems with delivery.
